Demayth and Stuff

Hey Demayth fans,

It's been a while since I've given an update on Demayth Duels, and I'm excited to share some great news! My wife and I recently had a chance to do some in-depth playtesting, and let me tell you, the sparks were flying (both in the game and maybe a little in our competitive spirit)!

Date Night Duels

Turning date night into a demigod duel might not be everyone's cup of tea, but for us, it was the perfect way to test the latest iteration of Demayth Duels. We battled it out, trying different strategies, experimenting with new cards, and pushing the game to its limits. The result? An incredibly fun and engaging experience that left us both wanting more.

Growing Interest and a Budding Community

It's not just us who are excited about Demayth Duels! We've been getting a lot of positive feedback from playtesters and seeing a growing interest in the game online. It's incredibly motivating to know that others are as passionate about this project as I am.

A Focus on Community Building

As many of you know, I have a tendency to jump between projects, sometimes leaving games on the back burner while I explore new ideas. But with Demayth Duels, I'm committed to seeing it through and building a strong community around it.

I believe that fostering a community is essential for the long-term success of any game. It's about creating a space where players can connect, share their experiences, and contribute to the growth of the game. That's why I'm focusing on:

* Regular Playtesting and Feedback: Gathering input from players to refine and balance the game.

* Online Engagement: Building a vibrant online presence through this subreddit, Discord, and other social media platforms.

* Organized Play: Planning tournaments and events to bring players together and foster a competitive spirit.

Back to the Everlands (Eventually)

While my focus is currently on Demayth Duels, I haven't forgotten about Demayth Adventures! I'm eager to return to the world of the Everlands and continue developing that game as well. But for now, I believe that building a strong foundation with Demayth Duels is the key to expanding the Demayth universe as a whole.
